Rossdale AGM - wednesday June 17, 2026
Hey Rossdale,
Our Annual General Meeting is coming up and we need you there. This is your chance to hear what the board has been up to, ask questions, review the financials, and vote on who represents you for the coming year.
What: Rossdale Community League – Annual General Meeting
When: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 6:30 PM
Where: Rossdale Community Hall (in-person)
Who: All Rossdale residents and community league members
We need at least 15 members to hold the meeting. Plase come out as your presence matters.
WE NeED VOLUNTEERS - Board positions OPEN
Several board members are stepping down this year, which means we have open positions that need to be filled. You don't need any special experience — just a willingness to help out your community. The board meets once a month and the time commitment is manageable.
Vice President (2-year term) - OPEN
Support the President, help set meeting agendas, step in when needed. A great role for someone who wants to be involved in the big picture.
Hall Manager (2-year term) - OPEN
Oversee the Rossdale Community Hall — coordinate rentals, maintenance, and keep the building in good shape. Ideal if you're handy or organized.
Member at Large (2-year term) - OPEN
A flexible role — get involved without the pressure of a specific portfolio. Help where needed, bring fresh ideas, and learn how the league works. Perfect if you're new to the board.
If you're interested or want to learn more before committing, reach out to uzairah@gmail.com or just come to the AGM and put your hand up.
