Fall Yoga at Little Flower School

Yoga is back this fall in Rossdale at the Little Flower School House with Patty and Vera.  This is a mixed yoga class and does not lean too far into anyone type.  The sessions begin on Monday September 14 and run until Monday December 7 for a total of 12 classes from 6:30 - 7:45pm.  There will be no class on October 12 for Thanksgiving.  The cost will be $180.00 for the 12 classes and $90.00 for six. Class size will be limited to 15 people and registration is only for Rossdale residents.  

If you are interested, please email Jane Squire at jhowden@telus.net.  The first 15 residents to register and complete the direct deposit will be accepted.

Coyote Activity

There’s a coyote family in the neighborhood, frequenting the kids park and getting into yards under fences and gates. Please be aware and exercise caution to keep your kids and pets safe.
