Join the drawing fun on Monday June 30th

Draw-a-thon is a 12 hour free all-ages art making marathon party at the Rossdale Community Hall. Art supplies and food provided.  This is a casual drop in anytime event from 10am to 10pm.  A 16mm film camera-less animation station will be set up for making and projecting short hand drawn films.  Music by DJ Vlad will animate the space from 5pm to 10pm.    

The Draw-a-thon is supported by the Rossdale Community League, The Paint Spot, the Ortona Artists' Reach Society(OARS), The Works Art and Design Festival, the Edmonton Arts Council and the City of Edmonton.

Rossdale green shack will be open Mon to Fri from  2.30 to 5.30 p.m. - July 2 to August 21

Children are invited to get active and join City Green Shack Leaders this summer for games, sports, crafts, music, drama and special events! The free drop-in program caters to children ages 6 - 12, however children of all ages are welcome to stop by. Children under 6 years of age can participate with a parent or guardian present. Programming is available rain or shine, but may be cancelled during severe weather conditions.

Movie night at Remax Field

Riverhawks' first annual movie festival at RE/MAX field Friday, July 11th. The movie is The Sandlot.  Tickets are $5 or complimentary with a donation made at the Riverhawks game on the 6th. Parking during the movie is complimentary.

PARKING DURING RIVERHAWKS GAMEs

A friendly reminder that traffic enforcement is out during baseball games. If using street parking, remember to place a parking pass on the dash to avoid a ticket. Passes issued in 2023 are sufficient.
